 Indonesian Dish

Ide sebenernya terinspirasi dari masakan nyokap, ikan sepat cabai hijau. Kalo pas nyokap masak ini, kita jarang banget nggak nambah. Kombinasi bau gurih cabai hijau dan daun jeruknya itu loh. Jadilah, acara dinner tadi malem, nasi eksperimen ini jadi salah satu suguhan. Ternyata sukses!

Masaknya gampang banget kok, yang udah sering masak nasi goreng dan sukses, pasti bisa bikin sambil merem. Tahapannya sama dengan bikin nasi goreng, tapi bumbunya agak beda sedikit…. Sebenernya saya biasa masak tanpa resep, jadi agak susah kasi ukuran tepatnya. Dikira2 aja ya.


 

** Portion for 2 persons

Ingredients:
* Large green chilis (not paprika) 7 – 8 pcs
  Cut in half and seeded. If you like it spicy, keep the seeds.
* Garlic 4 pcs
* Large tomatoes 2 pcs
* Maggi chicken flavor – 1 cube


 

1.) Processed all the ingredients
2.) Stir fry in 2 tsp of oil
3.) Add steamed rice, add pepper, salt and bayleaf
4.) Fresh kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced, add at the last minute.
5.) Serve with Javanese fried chicken (Ayam goreng jawa atau kering kentang)
